Business and Sales Consultant

Rightlook Creative has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, hard-working self-starter to join its sales team as a business and sales consultant. This key position will be responsible for developing new leads and generating new business, as well as cultivating our existing customer base to increase repeat sales and encourage customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities...

• Generate new leads through cold calling, prospecting and referrals
• Develop new business from leads, completing the sales cycle from initial contact to close of sale
• Develop existing customer base through outbound and follow-up calls
• Develop and increase repeat sales from existing customers
• Solicit repeat sales from past customers
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Attend weekly team meetings

Skills / Requirements / Qualifications...

• 2+ years experience in a sales position required
• Excellent phone skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer skills (experience with Word and Excel required, experience with ACT!, Power Point, and graphic design programs is a plus)
• High energy, driven to succeed, results-oriented
• Able to handle a dynamic and changing work environment
• High school diploma is required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree is not required, but will set you above other candidates
• Previous experience in marketing, advertising or design is a plus
