How do I get started?

It's easy! Start by calling Rightlook Creative. A project manager will be assigned to you that will walk you through the whole process. They'll answer your questions, help you choose the right services, work with you to get all the information required for design work and/or printing, and make sure your project is taken care of in a timely manner.

How can I pay for my project?

Rightlook Creative accepts cash, check, money order, wire transfer, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

I already have a printing source. Can Rightlook Creative do only the creative and design work?

Yes, Rightlook Creative will work with you on your creative needs regardless of which printer you choose. Once the creative work is finalized, we will send you print ready files. We would be happy to quote you on printing as well, and you can select the printer you prefer to work with.

I prefer to do my own design. Can Rightlook Creative just provide printing services?

Yes, Rightlook Creative will work with you on all your printing needs, even if the marketing piece was created by another designer. All we need are the print ready files of your designs. We would be happy to quote you on any redesigns or new work needed, so you can consider using our creative services in the future.

How long will it take to complete my project?

Turnaround times will vary, depending on the type of project. Based on the scope of the project needs and necessary deadlines, we will set up a timeline for completion. Please be assured that we will do our very best to complete your project within that timeline. However, your order may be delayed if you fail to provide Rightlook Creative all necessary materials. Quoted delivery dates are only estimated dates. Please contact us for estimated turnaround times on specific projects.

How do you gather information about my company to be able to produce effective designs?

Rightlook Creative has created specific Project Briefs for all different types of design projects. Before design work can begin, we ask that you complete the necessary Project Brief for your services. This gives you a chance to describe your company and your target market, and to explain your objectives for the marketing piece. The Project Brief guides our designers in creating a look that expresses your company’s unique personality, and effectively achieves your marketing goals.

Will I own the designs you create for me?

Once the payment has been received in full, the client owns the copyright on any custom designs Rightlook Creative has created for them. Rightlook Creative does retain some copyrights on the designs and reserves the right to use clients' marketing designs and work for any and all promotional purposes.

How many revisions will I typically receive with design work?

Depending on the project, there will be a certain number of free revisions allowed as a part of the design package. The free revisions offered in packages only include minor tweaks, adjustments and color changes. The client agrees that changes required over and above the estimated work or changes that are requested after acceptance of the draft design will incur an additional design charge.
